am pleased to report that the ceremonial workings of the Sovereign
Chapters and Councils are to the highest standard from this it is
obvious that the Office bearers are enjoying their work and I
congratulate them. The new intrants to the Rite who have obviously been
impressed by our Ceremonials can be seen attending sister Sovereign
Chapters and Councils relaxed and enjoying themselves, yes "the
Sovereign Chapters and Councils are in good heart".
The number of visitors who travel great distances within the Rite are
to be congratulated and the camaraderie enjoyed by the Most Wise
Sovereigns and Grand Commanders is in itself a fine spectacle. My
sincere appreciation is extended to all Secretaries and Treasurers for
their dedication and application to their administrative duties
throughout the year.
As always time takes its toll and we have lost many well respected
Brothers and Companions who have been called to higher service. We
remember each with affection and our thoughts and prayers are with
their families who miss them dearly.
