The Sovereign Chapters and Councils of New
South Wales - Western District

The New South Wales Province consists of twelve Sovereign Chapters and five Sovereign Councils, divided

into 3 districts. This Western District consists of four Sovereign Chapters and one Sovereign Council



Sovereign Chapters

Lawson No. 56 - Formed on 18 October 1933
Meets in Masonic Centre, Honour Avenue, Lawson, N.S.W., on fourth Wednesday in January, April, July and October.

The Installation takes place during the April meeting.


Haberfield No. 125 - Formed on 1 December 1960
Meets at Masonic Centre, cnr. Memorial Avenue and Copeland Street, Liverpool, N.S.W. on the first Monday in March, June, September and December.

The Installation takes place during the March meeting.


Albert J. Macdonald No. 145 - Formed on 30 June 1965
Meets in Auburn Masonic Centre, 7 Station Road, Auburn, N.S.W., on the first thursday in February, May, August and November.

The Installation takes place during the November meeting.


Hawkesbury No. 180 - Formed on 16 July 1979
Meets in Blacktown Masonic Centre, 3 Carnegie Place, Blacktown, New South Wales, Australia on the fourth Friday in March, June, September and the first Saturday in December.

The Installation takes place during the September meeting.

Sovereign Councils

Nepean No. 57 - Formed on 23 March 1983
Meets in Blacktown Masonic Centre, 3 Carnegie Place, Blacktown, New South Wales, Australia on the fourth Tuesday in March, June, September and November.

The Installation takes place during the November meeting.
